Courteous phone contact each time, easy process to become new patient, office well-visit was quick and everyone we came in contact with was very nice and knowledgable. Their office is cheerfully decorated and perfectly for their patients floor to ceiling throughout. Normally I'm cringing and telling my son not to touch ANYthing in the Doctor office, but everywhere we went in their office was so clean. Each examining room has a theme, we were in the room where the examining table was a rocket ship and planets were painted on the walls. The entire visit was very efficient and I was impressed with their modern equipment that made assessments for little ones even less scary. The doctor's and nurse's 'bedside manner' was wonderful, so easy going and not rushed. I can't believe it took me this long to try their office, but so glad we did!
Have been going there since my daughters birth. Best office ever!! The dr never forgets my daughter even though we move for a yr or two and come back (many times!). Shes had the same nurse also!! They listen and review what you say, so you know they are paying attention to concerns. Love all the staff!!!
