If you have a life, don't go here. I was told an oil change and inspection would take 30 minutes. That was well over an hour ago. And my car appears to be ready but no one has called to check out despite the fact there are 3-4 people at the counter. This is my first time and it will be my last. If I could give least than one star, I would.
I went for the first time today! It's a great place! The waiting room is big and the staff is very nice. Idk what experiences these other people have had but mine was amazing! The wait was very long but to be fair it was a Saturday, the prices are a little high (or else it would be 5stars) but given the fact I'm getting my car serviced on a Saturday I feel like it's appropriate! If you're planning to save maybe look into a private business or something however my service was top notch!!! my horn works great! While you wait you see the employees run to the bathroom and grab quick snacks one of the workers actually took the time to ask if we all would like a complimentary drink. Costs and waits aside I think that is quality service and we need more businesses especially in automotive to be like this.

The team at Dunn Quick Lane is fantastic. We hit a deer in West Virginia on the way to visit our son at Campbell U. The tire was ruined. The team went out if their way to get us a tire and repaired it quickly on a Saturday morning to get us moving safely again for our family visit! Thanks everyone!!
Stay away from here!!! I went here for a simple inspection and there was only one person ahead of me getting an oil change. But it took over a hour to get my car inspected!!! No engine light on or nothing. Now I must say the older gentlemen at the front desk is nice but the lady is rude and has no respect nor care for others time! Another customer came after me for an oil change and left 20 minutes before me!!! I will not be returning!!! I wish I could give 0 stars!
