Our car broke down on the way to Florida, so needless to say, we were panicking, especially since we needed to be there the next day. Eddie was a great help, even down to the smallest detail, reassuring me that "we'll help you out" when we thought the tow truck wouldn't be able to take our whole family to their shop. The second our car was towed there, they got right on it and came back quickly with a diagnosis. While we waited for the repair, we rested in their waiting room, complete with TV and numerous electrical outlets, a real asset when everyone in your party has something to charge. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time, the price was good, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
This is the most professional automotive repair buisness anywhere. Customer service is unbelievable, ALL of the staff there is great. Great group of professional knowledgeable service technicians, doesn't matter what the problem or the vehicle, they can fix it. The owner, Jerry, is a great guy, his son Jesse is also a great guy. Eddie, service manager, is one of the best, he will get you in and out and has the most patience, he will explain your problem, he will work with your schedule, very professional and very customer service friendly. I live within 15 miles, they service and repair all my vehicles and all of my families vehicles.
The Manager/President/ Owner, Jerry Johnson, along with his courteous and well-trained staff Melissa , Michelle Wood and last but definitely not least, Eddie went out of their way to make sure that everything ran smoothly when we broke down on the highway on our way home to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania coming from Atlanta, Georgia visiting family. They also went the extra mile to follow up with a phone call to make sure we made it home safely and was thoughtful enough to send us a letter expressing their pleasure in helping our journey home was a success.

My girls and I were driving from Raleigh to the beach two days ago when we had engine failure. Our van was towed to Johnson's. The office is clean and inviting, not your average dark, dingy garage. We were updated frequently on the status of our vehicle. At one point, we were outside coloring on the sidewalk and one of the friendly employees let us borrow a blanket for my girls to sit on so they wouldn't burn their legs. After a little while, I stepped outside for a breather, and came back to the girls watching the movie Trolls on TV. I thought that was very sweet! It helped pass the time for all of us. We were well taken care of by the entire staff. I would highly recommend Johnson's.
