Later Allison was making jokes about it with another co-worker. I said how can you be so unconcerned that your horse just attacked her unprovoked? And Allison said, "It didn't attack her, if it did she'd be dead!", at this her and her co-worker chuckled like that was funny. The same co-worker came by later and told Allison that the horse "had just bit another girl but she's fine." And Allison said "Yeah I bet they own horses and they understand that's normal." They both laughed at this.

Terrible place run by horrible people, do not bring your loved ones here. Was injured by an animal and the owner did not have any concern whatsoever. Terrible owners. I brought a date here and one of the horses forcefully head butt and bit my date in the chest very hard while she was taking a photo beside it from behind the wire fence, it knocked her backwards and drew blood and a huge bruise formed immediately across her chest. She has been in a lot of pain ever since and massive bruising continues to form across her chest. We had to take her to an urgent care for treatment.

There are hand sanitizers provided on each picnic table underneath the big shelter. This is a well kept and very clean establishment with clean and well maintained bathrooms provided. The animals and pens are all clean beyond belief as well.

We went back to tell the owner what happened because there were children feeding the horse unattended by any adult and the horse kept nipping and biting at the other kids. The owner (Allison) was immediately callous and dismissive and said in a harsh tone "she's fine its just a bruise, she's okay.. that happens when you pet or feed horses, they bite." Allison also said sarcastically, "She's fine, what do you want me to do about it, get her an ice pack!??", which she smirked at.

I was shocked how rude and callous Allison was, not a kind person in the least. Also the other owner of the property blocked us from leaving the property because we had taken a photo of the horse, and he was extremely aggressive and hostile towards us. He only allowed us to leave when we dialed 911 and then he followed us through town tail-gating us. Do not bring your loved ones here if you are concerned for their safety.

This will truly make anyone who comes here HAPPY!

We were on a road trip and saw the billboard so we decided to check it out. It was a great place to stop and get out of the car midway through a long car ride with a little one. The owner was so nice and the animals were so friendly. The pony ride was an extra bonus.

I almost forgot to mention how much I admire the owners for rescuing most of these animals and giving them homes where they get attention and excellent care. I'm truly amazed that these people have adopted all these animals and after taking such good care of them, they have allowed us access to get to know and love all their critters too.

I would recommend My Happy Place to anyone. Allison (the owner) is so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. All of the animals were so happy and healthy! The animals are all so friendly as well; my 3 year old and 1 year old had no issues interacting with any of them. We will definitely be back to visit My Happy Place!

I have now been to the "Happy Place" two different times. As a 55 year old female, I loved it. There is something new each time I go. This time it was a baby kangaroo. I got to hold and cuddle it as well as my grandchildren. They also got to pick out a pumpkin and decorate it at the decoration table fully equipped with paints and markers. Most of the animals are tame and you can touch, hold, or feed the animals with food the owners provide. The kids loved the pony rides as well.

Friendly environment. Helpful and friendly staff. And even though it's a farm it is clean and has sanitizer around to keep your hands clean.

I have only touched on a few of the highlights of this wonderful place right here near our neighborhood. If you love all kinds of animals, you will love this place.
