Bought an engagement ring and my problems are as follows
3. When they got it back a week later in time for the proposal I planned it got sent back the wrong size because the person helping me wrote it down wrong ruining my proposal
1. They had to send it off because they couldn't resize it on site.
Also my mother in law bought jewelry from there close to 3000$ worth and went back in to resale them and they offered her 70$
GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!
2. They didn't offer anything to have the ring redipped as most other stores do.
