This is a great place for people who love to go to the gym for a good workout. The staff is nice and more importantly, they want to see you succeed, not just collect a paycheck. But if you're one of those people who like to go to the gym just to say you went, but do little to nothing while you're there, don't waste your time.

The facility upgrade was great. Love the addition of all the personal trainers. Very personable staff!
On the other hand, if you can't appreciate the beauty free weights, look elsewhere. If you're about coming in, looking cute, and not breaking a sweat, walk away. If you don't like being pushed to and past your limits in order to better yourself and achieve the goals you've set for yourself, this place is not for you.

Oh....and gymtimidation isn't a real thing..get a gym membership, go workout with a focus of getting better, and stop looking at everyone else. I guarantee you'll love this gym if you do.
If you enjoy working hard and people motivating you to keep working hard, then this gym is for you. If you have goals and are willing to achieve those goals, this gym is for you as well. If you enjoy a fun loving atmosphere where you're going to feel like you're amongst real friends (like your real friends, not associates), then you should join this gym. If you love going to the gym and grinding the old fashioned way, then you should definitely join this gym.
