I was so grateful to receive help from Tommy (I hope I remember his name correctly). I went on a Saturday morning right before they closed at 12. He had 3 clients in front of me and yet he staid until close to 2pm that day to make sure he had me and another lady in a ride! I can not be any more pleased with his service! made the wait worth it. Thanks Tommy for all your help and that ride you got us on was smooth! I will definitely will be doing business with you again for sure!
I rented a 2016 Chevy Suburban from Enterprise and at the time of rental, the agent seemed very helpful and concerned. However, after renting the vehicle, I pulled out on the highway and noticed the vehicle was pulling to the right. I went back to the location and notified the agent. The agent offered a mini van which only seated 7 people. I explained to the agent that I needed an 8 passenger vehicle and that's why I requested a premium SUV. The agent said there was nothing he could do and I would have to take the vehicle I rented. I felt this was very unsafe so I asked the agent if he could see if Dunn Benson Quick Lane could perform an alignment and maybe that will help. The agent told me that I could call and see if they would do it and to tell them that it was an Enterprise vehicle. Now, I am standing there looking at him like, isn't that your job, I rented this vehicle. So, I said, I guess you can call and see if they will do it. The agent acted just like he didn't hear me and kept doing what he was doing, which looked like some closing duties because it was time for them to close. I finally talked to Quick Lane and they told me to hurry and get the vehicle there. I took the vehicle there and waited almost an hour for them to do the alignment. This cut into my sleep time before driving all night. We got on the road at 11:55pm and the vehicle was shaking all the way to Florida and everyone was complaining. When I got to Florida, I parked the vehicle and when we was ready to leave, I went to the airport to see if they could possibly exchange the vehicle. The airport exchanged the vehicle with no problem. My issue is, Enterprise in Dunn never checked on us, apologized for any inconvenience, or offered any type of compensation or anything. That is poor customer service. Who sends a customer to Florida in an shaking, unsafe vehicle.......I guess Enterprise.

I want to say that I was very impressed with the service and attention from all, but mostly from Jose. I have used Enterprise before but no experience like this one. I called before my reservation to make sure everything was cleared on my side and no further items were needed for my reservation. And when going over the reservation I asked what kind of passenger van was available. Jose told me that they only had one option on the lot, but I asked if there was anyway of getting a different one which I know is something that enterprise can not guarantee. Though he said that he would do all possible to see if he could get the one I was requesting. He actually went out of his way and went to another enterprise to pick up the van that I had requested at last minute thing and he had it there first thing in the morning for me to pick up. We checked the vehicle and everything was just right with no problems. We traveled all the way to Texas and came back and had no issues at all. I returned the van on the due date and the check-in was so simple with no problems at all. Unfortunately I had not realized that I had left a personal belonging on the rental, but the van had already been rented out to someone else. I did call and they were keeping a check to when the van was coming back in. And finally when it came in, my belonging was still in the van and then I was able to go and pick it up. So just overall very pleased with everything. If any future plans come along and need a rental, I will definitely go to Enterprise in Dunn, North Carolina and go see Jose.
I wish there was an option to leave a 0 star review. We are from out of state and reserved a car online. Then, 30 minutes before we were supposed to pick up the car, an employee called me and told me they don't have a single car in their lot to rent to us. Not one car. How can a car rental company not have any rental cars but give you the option to reserve one?! His recommendation to solve the problem was that we should "make other plans." Not to mention they are the only car rental in the area. Absolutely horrible service. We will definitely never use Enterprise again.
